    Working on official changes to the constitution.

    Constitution meeting tomorrow or Friday.

    Working on sorting out the paper situation.
    Treasurer – Timothy Stillman

    VII. District Reports
    Kaity is going to visit her district location of T or C tomorrow (2/9)
    Annely is going to have an interaction with her students in the Education program to get the
    classroom settings and locations more organized.
    VIII. Committee Reports
    Shannon is holding a meeting for the Graduation committee tomorrow (2/9)
    Claudia fees committee the package was sent three weeks ago. The packets have until next Tuesday.

    1. Senate Bill Number 69– The appointment of Kymbra Espinosa as ASWNMU Senator position
    for District 9, Gallup. Sponsored by Senator White and seconded by Senator Ellis.
    White moved to approve the bill, Kaity seconded.
    Discussion: Claudia states that Kymbra was part of student government last year, so she is
    experienced with off campus sites. She did a great job and she looks forward to having her on the
    team.
    2. Senate Bill Number 70– The appointment of Madison Jones as ASWNMU Senator position for
    District 3. Sponsored by Senator Heinze and seconded by Senator Menezes.
    Heinze moved to approve the bill, Menezes seconded.
    Discussion: Claudia stated that Madison has a great resume, very active in class and responsible. She
    is prepared and she hopes these characteristics carry over to student government.
    3. Senate Bill Number 71 – The appointment of Vicente Partido as ASWNMU Associate Justice
    Sponsored by Senator Rich and Seconded by Senator Klaus.
    Rich moved to approve the bill, Klaus seconded
    Discussion: He is an english major and can keep up the with the grammatical details.
    4. Senate Bill Number 72 – Allocation of funds not to exceed $800.00 for Senator Espinosa’s
    scholarship. Sponsored by Senator Menezes and seconded by Senator Rich.
    5. Senate Bill Number 73 – Allocation of funds not to exceed $800.00 for Senator Jones’
    scholarship. Sponsored Senator Klaus and seconded by Senator Heinze.
    6. Senate Bill Number 74 – Allocation of funds not to exceed $200.00 for Associate Justice
    Partido’s scholarship. Sponsored by Senator Heinze and seconded by Senator Rich.
