Student Life hosted a Fall Festival on October 25 in the Life Lounge. Clubs, community, and students got together to be part of the celebration.
The Western Horticulture Club put together a station for everyone to make their own candy apple. They could choose to dip from three different choices: caramel, white chocolate and dark chocolate. A variety of toppings were available for the final touch of the candy apple.
The Newman Club hosted a hanging donut eating contest. With candy prizes for all the participants.
Delta Mu Delta was present with a bottle ring game station. Participants had five rings to shoot at the bottles. After participating, students could choose from a pumpkin decorated soda, candies, or toys.
A station was set up by The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Their booth was about mystery items in boxes. The boxes were named, Witch’s Finger Nails, The Addam’s Family, Spookie Dookie (a ghost theme box), Human Skin, Eyeballs, Human Heart, Spider Legs, and Dracula’s Teeth.
Balloon Pop, a dart game, was brought by the Circle K International Club. The balloons were filled with prizes for anyone that managed to pop them. The prizes went from toys to candy bags.
Student Life had a pumpkin pie eating contest, where five participants ate pie as fast as they could. Francisco Estrella, crowned himself as the fastest pie eater in WNMU after winning the contest.
