Hernandez and other representatives of ASWNMU will be at the New Mexico State Capital in Sante Fe today to observe proceedings and advocate for money for a Veteran’s Center to be built on the WNMU Campus. ASWNMU attends the New Mexico House of Representatives to try to reach their goal and have their proposal met so that they can help to create a center for veteran’s on campus. Brenda Dominguez (ASWMNU Senator) is ready for the day! She will be observing proceedings, advocating for students, and attempting to receive support for a potential Veteran’s Center to be put on WNMU’s campus.
