SILVER CITY, N.M. – The Western New Mexico University women’s basketball team will be hosting several camps this summer.
Camps will be put into categories of Elite, Little ‘Stangs, Team, Junior Girls high Skills and Senior Girls High Skills.
The first camp will begin on June 6-7 for the Elite camp (2016 and 2017 graduates only) that has prices of $100 overnight and $75 commuter.
The Little’Stangs hoop camp for boys and girls ages 5-11 follows from June 8-11 (9am-noon) with a price of $50.
The High School Team camp takes place from June 12-14 for a $400 team fee.
June 15-18 will feature the Junior Girls High and Senior High Skills Camps for $50 per camper, The Senior High will go from 9am-Noon and the Junior High will go from 1pm-4pm each day of camp.

Head Coach Rusty Kennedy recently completed his third season with the Lady Mustangs taking the team to new heights during the 2014-15 campaign. The team tallied 14 wins, the most since the 90’s, along with reaching the RMAC Tournament and finished with a winning record.
